Returns & Exchanges Policy

At Kiama Jewelry, we are committed to quality, precision, and a high-end customer experience. However, jewelry is a personal and delicate product, therefore our returns policy is clearly defined to protect both our customers and our brand.

Returns

  • Return requests may be submitted within 14 days of receiving the item, in accordance with consumer protection laws.

  • Refunds are granted only for items that have not been worn, used, or damaged in any way.

  • Items must be returned in their original condition, including original packaging and tags, with no signs of use.

  • Refunds will be processed after the item is received and inspected.

  • Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer, unless the item is defective.

Exchanges

  • Exchanges may be requested within 14 days of receiving the item.

  • Exchanges are subject to product availability.

  • Shipping costs (both ways) are the responsibility of the customer.

  • One exchange is allowed per order.

Non-Returnable & Non-Exchangeable Items

For hygiene and customization reasons, the following items cannot be returned or exchanged:

  • Custom-made or made-to-order jewelry

  • Items with engraving, custom sizing, or personal modifications

  • Earrings of any kind (including hoops and studs)

  • Items that show signs of wear, use, or damage after delivery

Defective or Incorrect Items

If you receive a defective or incorrect item:

  • Please contact us within 48 hours of receiving your order, including clear photos of the issue.

  • After review and approval, we will offer a replacement or a full refund, including shipping costs.

Refund Processing

  • Refunds will be issued to the original payment method.

  • Processing time: up to 7 business days from return approval (excluding credit card company processing times).
