Return requests may be submitted within 14 days of receiving the item, in accordance with consumer protection laws.
Refunds are granted only for items that have not been worn, used, or damaged in any way.
Items must be returned in their original condition, including original packaging and tags, with no signs of use.
Refunds will be processed after the item is received and inspected.
Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer, unless the item is defective.
Exchanges may be requested within 14 days of receiving the item.
Exchanges are subject to product availability.
Shipping costs (both ways) are the responsibility of the customer.
One exchange is allowed per order.
For hygiene and customization reasons, the following items cannot be returned or exchanged:
Custom-made or made-to-order jewelry
Items with engraving, custom sizing, or personal modifications
Earrings of any kind (including hoops and studs)
Items that show signs of wear, use, or damage after delivery
If you receive a defective or incorrect item:
Please contact us within 48 hours of receiving your order, including clear photos of the issue.
After review and approval, we will offer a replacement or a full refund, including shipping costs.
Refunds will be issued to the original payment method.
Processing time: up to 7 business days from return approval (excluding credit card company processing times).
