Welcome to the Kiama website (the “Website”), operated by Shahar Gal (Business ID: 322851379), located in Misgav Am, Israel (the “Business” or “Kiama”).

The Website serves as an online store for handcrafted jewelry.
Use of the Website, including placing orders, constitutes full agreement to these Terms & Conditions.

1. General

  • These Terms constitute a binding agreement between the user and the Business
  • Kiama reserves the right to update these Terms at any time without prior notice
  • All prices are listed in Israeli Shekels (ILS) and include VAT unless stated otherwise
  • Product images are for illustration purposes only — slight variations may occur due to the handmade nature
  • The images displayed on the Website are for illustrative purposes only.

    There may be slight differences between the product as shown in the images and the actual product, including differences in color, size, texture, and other details, due to screen display variations and the handmade nature of the items.

  • The Shushi Bracelet is handcrafted, and each piece is unique.
    The images displayed on the Website represent the general concept and design only.
    Variations may occur between the product shown in the images and the item received, including differences in shape, details, and overall appearance, as part of the handmade nature of the piece.

3. Intellectual Property

All intellectual property rights, including designs, images, and content, belong exclusively to Kiama.
No content may be copied, reproduced, or used commercially without prior written consent.

4. Product Availability & Production

  • Jewelry is handmade and often made-to-order
  • Production time: up to 14 business days
  • In case of out-of-stock items, a full refund will be issued

5. Orders & Payment

  • Payments are accepted via credit cards, PayPal, and Apple Pay
  • Orders are confirmed only after payment authorization
  • Kiama reserves the right to cancel orders in cases of pricing errors, technical issues, or stock unavailability

6. Order Cancellation Prior to Shipment

 

  • A customer may cancel an order prior to its shipment by contacting Kiama via email at kiamajewelry@gmail.com
  • If the cancellation is made before the product has been shipped, the customer will receive a full refund to the original payment method, without cancellation fees.
  • Once the order has been shipped, cancellation will be subject to the return policy detailed in Section 7 above.

7. Shipping & Delivery

  • Shipping time: up to 7 business days after production completion
  • Shipping method: registered mail only
  • Cost: ₪30 | Free shipping on orders over ₪500
  • Delivery available throughout Israel
  • Kiama is not responsible for delays caused by third-party shipping providers

8. Returns & Cancellations (In accordance with Israeli law)

You may cancel a purchase within 14 days of receiving the product.

Conditions:

  • Item must be unused
  • Returned in original condition and packaging

Cancellation Fee:

  • Up to 5% of the transaction value or ₪100 (whichever is lower)

Additional Terms:

  • Return shipping is the customer’s responsibility
  • Shipping fees are non-refundable
  • Refunds will be issued to the original payment method

9. Non-Cancellable Items

The following items cannot be returned or cancelled:

  • Custom-made jewelry
  • Earrings (for hygiene reasons)
  • Used items

10. Warranty & Repairs

Warranty:

  • 3-month limited warranty covering manufacturing defects only

The warranty does not cover:

  • Natural wear and tear
  • Gold plating wear
  • Discoloration
  • Scratches
  • Exposure to water, chemicals, or perfumes
  • Improper use

Gold Plating:

Natural wear of gold plating is expected and not considered a defect.
Unusual early defects will be reviewed on a case-by-case basis.

Repairs:

  • Repairs after warranty are offered for a fee
  • Subject to Kiama’s discretion

11. User Responsibility

Customers are responsible for proper use and care of the jewelry.
Avoid exposure to water, chemicals, and harsh conditions.

12. Limitation of Liability

Kiama shall not be liable for any direct or indirect damages resulting from use of the Website or products, beyond what is required by law.

13. Privacy

The Website may collect personal data such as:

  • Name, phone number, email
  • Usage data (cookies, tracking pixels)

This data is used for:

  • Order processing
  • Customer service
  • Marketing communications

Customers may request removal from mailing lists at any time.

Data Security
Kiama implements reasonable and accepted security measures to protect personal information, including secure servers and access controls.

However, no method of transmission over the internet or electronic storage is completely secure, and therefore Kiama cannot guarantee absolute security of the information.

14. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Israel.
Jurisdiction shall lie exclusively in Israeli courts.

15. Age Restriction

By using this Website and placing an order, you confirm that you are at least 18 years old, or that you are using the Website under the supervision and with the consent of a parent or legal guardian.

Kiama does not knowingly sell products to minors without such consent. If we become aware that an order has been placed by a minor without proper authorization, we reserve the right to cancel the order.

Orders cannot be modified once production has begun.
